90 Days Re-auction Policy

When you purchase a vehicle at the Canadian Public Auto Auction with a sale price greater than $2,000.00 (excluding taxes & fees), and are dissatisfied with it for any reason the Canadian Public Auto Auction will re-auction the vehicle for you and waive both the entry fee and selling fee.

The Vehicle must be returned to the Canadian Public Auto Auction within 90 days of the purchase date.
